Sergey Menzhinsky joins CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW’s Supervisory Board

19 June 2017 – the annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW re-elected its Supervisory Board.
The newly elected member is Sergey Yuryevich Menzhinsky.
Thus, the Supervisory Board has ten members now: Roman Ivanovich Avdeev (Non-Executive Director), Andrew Sergio Gazitua (Independent Director), Thomas Gunther Grasse (Non-Executive Director), Andreas Klingen (Independent Director), Mikhail Evgenyevich Kuznetsov (Non-Executive Director), Sergey Yuryevich Menzhinsky (Non-Executive Director), Marina Mihailovna Nastashkina (Non-Executive Director), William Forrester Owens (Independent Director), Ilkka Seppo Salonen (Independent Director), and Vladimir Alexandrovich Chubar (Executive Director, Chairman of the Management Board).
Sergey Menzhinsky started his banking career in 1995. He rose from economist to unit head in Promradtechbank from 1995 to 2000. In 2000-2004, he worked for such banks as Me-Bank, Stroycreditinvest and Russian Agricultural Bank in a number of positions from chief economist to deputy head of a department. From 2004 to 2011, his career evolved within National Standard Bank where he rose from treasury director to Chairman of the Management Board and member of the board of directors.
Since July 2011 he has worked for REGION Group as Deputy General Director, General Director of REGION Investment Company, and has served on the subsidiaries’ boards of directors. Since 2016 he has chaired the boards of directors of RUSNARBANK and Far Eastern Bank.
