CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW Has Become a Top 10 CEE Bank by Equity

CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW has landed 10th among the largest banks in Central and Eastern Europe by Tier I capital in The Banker’s Top 1000 World Banks 2017. Globally, CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW is the 506th largest bank — 82 notches higher than last year.

The Banker also gives other financial indicators of the Top 1000 banks grouped by countries. In particular, such data shows that CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW is the most efficient Russian bank with a CTI of 22.1% and number two by asset quality (NPL).

During the 6 years of being present in The Banker’s annual ranking, CBM has notably strengthened its capital positions compared to other banks in the world, having climbed 316 notches up from the 822nd spot assigned to it as at end-2010.
