4.6% of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW shares transferred to a fund run by International Finance Corporation

December 6, 2012 - International Finance Corporation (IFC) that owned 7.5% of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW ordinary shares handed over 583.8 million shares (4.6%) to IFC Russian Bank Capitalization Fund, LP by transferring them to the Cyprus based holding company RBOF controlled by IFC Russian Bank Capitalization Fund, LP.

IFC Russian Bank Capitalization Fund, LP was founded with the financial participation of IFC, Russian Federation and Vnesheconombank for investing in companies active in the Russian financial sector. The transaction resulted in IFC directly holding 2.8994% of CBM shares and IFC Russian Bank Capitalization Fund, LP receiving 4.6052% of shares through RBOF.
