CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW up by 158 spots in The Banker Top 1000 World Banks ranking and one of best performing Russian banks

CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW became number 566 in The Banker Top 1000 World Banks 2013 ranking, which is 158 spots higher compared to the last year results. Banks are ranked by the magazine based on tier I capital calculated under the Basel Accords.

CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW debuted in The Banker world banks rating in 2011 on the 822nd place. Thus, after 3 years of presence in the ranking, the Bank improved its positions among banks of the world by 256 notches thanks to its successfully implemented strategy of active steady growth and development.

Apart from ranking the top 1000 banks of the world by tier I capital, The Banker also publishes their rankings by other financial indicators. As for CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW, it was listed as number 218 by return on equity, the ninth best score by this indicator among the 24 Russian banks appearing in The Banker 2013 ranking.
