CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW has paid out the 1st coupon on bonds series BSO-P01

June 11, 2020 CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW has paid out the 1st coupon on exchange bonds series BSO-P01 (identification number of the issue 4B020101978B001P from 08.05.2019, ISIN RU000A100FF2). The annual coupon rate amounted to 4.5%. The total coupon income payable was RUB 13,536,000.00, or RUB 45.12 per one bond, and the upside return amounted to RUB 3,504,000.00, or RUB 11.68 per one bond.

The placement of exchange bonds series BCO-P01 was held on June 11, 2019. The nominal value of the loan amounted to RUB 300 mln with maturity of 3 years from the date of placement. Bonds series BSO-P01 have three annual coupons and pay upside return. Bond issue arranger included PJSC “CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW”.
