CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW has paid out the 1st coupon on bonds series BO-11

<p>January 12, 2015 CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW has paid out the 1st coupon on exchange bonds series BO-11 (identification number of the issue 4B021101978B from 27.06.2014). The annual coupon rate amounted to 10.9%. Total amount of income payable on the coupon amounted to 824,250,000 rubles or 54.95 rubles per one bond.</p> <p>The placement of exchange bonds series BO-11 was held on July 10, 2014, the placement of additional issue took place on 24 December 2014. The nominal value of the loan amounted to 15 billion rubles with maturity of 5 years from the date of placement. Bonds series BO-11 have ten semiannual coupons. Bond issue arrangers included CJSC "Raiffeisenbank", OJSC "ALFA-BANK", OJSC Bank "Financial Corporation Otkritie", LLC "BK Region", OJSC "Russian Agricultural Bank". </p> <p>Currently there are ten bond issues of CREDIT BANK of MOSCOW on the market with a total amount of 49 billion rubles: bonds series 07 and 08 with a total amount of 5 billion rubles, exchange bonds series BO-02, BO-03, BO-06, BO-07, BO-10 and BO-11 with a total amount of 39 billion rubles, and subordinated bonds series 11 and 12 with a total amount of 5 billion rubles.
