IFC approved Credit Bank of Moscow (CBM) for
The proposed project consists of a five-year credit line of up to $10 million as the first phase and, subject to meeting specific criteria, a $5 million loan for mortgage origination as the second phase. Proceeds of the IFC financing would be used to expand the SME lending activities of the bank and, as the second phase, to develop its mortgage lending capacity.
