07.12.2015

2 December 2015, London — CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW is named the "Bank of the Year in Russia" in 2015 at the annual ceremony "Bank of the Year Awards 2015" held by The Banker (Financial Times group).

This is one of the most prestigious awards in the international finance industry, and the "Bank of the Year" title is contested by leading banks of the world.

Explaining its choice, the Banker noted such factors as the Bank's high operational efficiency and good loan portfolio quality, which is especially important in the current macroeconomic situation.

The contest organisers and judges appreciated the Bank's impressive capital growth strategy pursuant to which CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW successfully closed its initial public offering on the Moscow Exchange in mid-2015 and thus materially strengthened its capital position.

CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW is announced the winner in the "Bank of the Year in Russia" nomination for the second year in a row, which is a clear sign that it has chosen the right development strategy and is able to achieve success even in a challenging operating environment.

"I am very proud to receive this prestigious award today, on behalf of all the employees of Credit Bank of Moscow. For the second year, CBM was recognized as the leader in Russia, and this is a very strong motivation for all of us to continue to work at a high level of performance and to show a lot of new achievements in the years to come," — tressed Senior vice-president of the Bank Eric de Beauchamp.
