CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW announces changes in its Management Board

On 23 March the Supervisory Board appointed the new members of the Management Board, Mikhail V. Polunin and Pavel B. Shevchuk, as First Deputy Chairmen of the Management Board
As First Deputy Chairman, Mikhail V. Polunin will supervise the Corporate Finance Directorate, Legal Service, etc.
As First Deputy Chairman, Pavel B. Shevchuk will supervise the Corporate and Retail Business segments.
Both nominations were approved by the CBR.
Mikhail V. Polunin was born in Omsk on 20 December 1974. He graduated from Omsk State Technical University in 1996 with a degree in Automated Information and Management Systems, and from All-Russian State Distance-Learning Institute of Finance and Economics in 2002 with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 2008 he accomplished an Executive МВА programme at Stockholm School of Economics.
Mikhail Polunin started his banking career in 2001 as economist. Progressing through various credit institutions, in 2014 he was appointed Advisor to the President and Vice President of Russian Regional Development Bank (RRDB), where he managed the counterparty control department. From August 2017 to February 2018 he was the President of Peresvet Bank.
Pavel B. Shevchuk was born in Moscow on 12 February 1973. He graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1996, Finance and Banking Technologies Institute in 1998 with a degree in Finance and Credit, Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy in 2012, and studied at INSEAD Business School. In 2017 Pavel was certified by the International Coaching Academy.
Pavel Shevchuk started his financial career in 1995. From February 2011 to May 2016 he had a 5-year management experience at Sberbank with notable successes in building effective and smooth customer coverage processes.
