CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW» fully redeemed the bond issue series 11 in the amount of RUB 3 bln

On June 5, 2018 CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW (the «Bank») has paid out the 11th coupon and redeemed the bonds series 11 (identification number of the issue 41101978B from 23.11.2012).
The annual coupon rate amounted to 12.25%. Total amount of income payable on the coupon constituted 183,240,000 rubles or 61.08 rubles per one bond. Total amount of income payable on this bond issue amounted to RUB 2,015.64 mln.
The placement of exchange bonds series 11 was held on December 11, 2012. The nominal value of the loan amounted to 3 billion rubles with maturity of 5.5 years from the date of placement. Bond issue arrangers included LLC «BK REGION» and PJSC «Promsvyazbank», co-arranger — LLC «RONIN».
Currently there are six bond issues of the Bank on the market with a total amount of 37 billion rubles: exchange bonds series BO-06, BO-07, BO-09, BO-10 and BO-11 with a total amount of 35 billion rubles, and subordinated bonds series 12 with a total amount of 2 billion rubles.
