CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW has placed subordinated bonds

24 July 2018 — CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW has placed its subordinated bonds series 15 (state registration number 41501978В of 16.07.2018). The issue was placed in full.

The RUB 5 bln issue was placed at 100% of par value and pays 12.00% per annum during the first coupon period. The first coupon rate will also apply to coupon periods 2-11. The bonds are callable after 5.5 years (11 coupon periods) of the placement date and then every 5 years (1,820 days).

The issue was arranged by REGION Broker Company and CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW.

With the new issue, the Bank has now seven outstanding bond issues totalling RUB 42 bln: exchange-traded bonds series BO-06, BO-07, BO-9, BO-10 and BO-11 totalling RUB 35 bln, and subordinated bonds series 12 and 15 totalling RUB 7 bln.
