Credit Bank of Moscow's Common Stock Increased By 38%

July 13, 2007 - The Central Bank of Russia registered a USD 35,271 thousand increase of Credit Bank of Moscow's common stock paid by its existing sole shareholder “Concern Rossium”, SLL.
This increase is to support Credit Bank of Moscow’s development and maintain proper balance between equity and debt funding.
