CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW PLACED ITS EXCHANGE BOND ISSUE SERIES BO-05

On 23 June 2011 CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW placed its exchange bond issue series BO-05 at MICEX for the total amount of RUR 5bln with a 3-year maturity and semiannual coupon payments. The issue does not provide for a put option.
In the course of book building the total number of applications was 46 for the total amount exceeding RUR 6.2bln with the coupon interest rate range from 8.75% to 9.40% p.a. As a result, the coupon rate was fixed at 9.20%. Banks Uralsib and Promsviazbank acted as Arrangers of the issue.
This 3-year issue was a debut one for CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW and was of particular interest for investors, which resulted in substantial number of applications and the aggregate demand volume.
