CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW has paid out the 2nd coupon on bonds series 15

July 23, 2019 PJSC CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW (the «Bank») has paid out the 2nd coupon on perpetual subordinated bonds series 15 (identification number of the issue 41501978В from 16.07.2018, ISIN RU000A0ZZE87). The annual coupon rate amounted to 12.00%. Total amount of income payable on the coupon amounted to 299,200,000.00 rubles or RUB 59.84 per one bond.
The placement of bonds series 15 was held on July 24, 2018. The nominal value of the loan amounted to RUB 5 bln. Bond issue arrangers included LLC «BK REGION» and Credit Bank of Moscow.
Currently there are five bond issues of the Bank on the market with a total amount of RUB 8.9 bln: exchange bonds series BO-09, BSO-P01, BSO-P02 and BSO-P03 with a total amount of RUB 3.9 bln, and subordinated perpetual bonds series 15 with a total amount of RUB 5 bln.
