A coupon on subordinated Eurobonds CBOM 05/25 was paid in full

On 26 November 2019 CBOM Finance plc paid out interest on the 10.5-year RUB 5 bln 16.5% subordinated Eurobonds issued in November 2014 to finance a subordinated loan to CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW (XS1143363940). The loan is included in the Bank’s Tier II capital. Interest is paid semi-annually. The total amount of interest paid was RUB 412,500,000.
Currently there are seven Eurobond issues of CBOM Finance plc in circulation: five issues with a total outstanding principal of USD 2.5 bln, one EUR 500 mln issue and one RUB 5 bln issue. Further information on the Eurobonds is available in the Investor relations section of our website.
