Credit Bank of Moscow first time presented on financial cooperation meeting of the Russia-Chinese Commission for the Preparation of Regular Government meetings.
MKB shared success in key transactions with Chinese partners, experience of obtaining a local national scale rating from a Chinese rating agency. Bank representatives expressed their openness to expanding relationships with financial institutions and companies in the Chinese direction in terms of opening accounts in rubles for banks from China and expanding the correspondent network in yuan.
CBM intends to continue development in the Asian region with a strategic focus on China, to expand service to commercial trade flows between countries and to support long-term project initiatives such as One Belt One Road.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Bank of Russia, the Moscow Exchange, rating agencies, major Russian banks, Chinese subsidiary banks in Russia, as well as other significant participants in Russian-Chinese relations.
