February 8, 2021 MKB has paid out the 1st coupon on exchange bonds series BSO-P17 (identification number of the issue 4B02-19-01978-B-001P from 31.07.2020, ISIN RU000A102044). The coupon rate was 0.01% per annum, the upside return rate was 0%. The total coupon payable was RUB 20,000.00, or RUB 0.05 per bond, the upside return was RUB 0.00, or RUB 0.00 per bond.
The placement of exchange bonds series BSO-P17 was held on August 7, 2020. The nominal value of the loan amounted to RUB 400 mln with maturity of 3 years from the date of placement.
