A coupon on senior USD 500 million Eurobond issue was paid in full.

On February 16, 2021 CBOM Finance plc paid out interest on the senior 5-year USD 500 mln 5.55% Eurobonds issued in February 2018 to finance a loan to CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW (ISIN: XS1759801720, US12504PAF71). Interest is paid semi-annually. The total amount of interest paid was USD 6,327,943.50.
Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan and SG CIB acted as global co-ordinators for this Eurobond issue. The joint lead managers and bookrunners included ING, Sova Capital, REGION Broker Company and Unicredit Bank.
