MKB has co-arranged proprietary bond issue

Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB, Region-Rossium Group) has co-arranged an issue of its rouble bonds, raising 10 bln roubles.

The bonds mature in 3 years and pay 8.35% per annum semi-annually. The placement date is 27 July 2021.

The other co-arrangers were REGION Broker Company and Bank ZENIT. Around 40 orders came from a diversified investor base: banks, investment, asset management and insurance companies, as well as individuals.

MKB finished the first half of 2021 with a c. 13% share in the capital market (market issues, net of proprietary ones). In that period, MKB closed 36 transactions totalling more than 500 bln roubles in nominal value.
