MKB has co-arranged "green" bonds of Sinara-Transport Machines

Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB, Region-Rossium Group) has co-arranged a RUB 10 bln issue of "green" bonds of Sinara-Transport Machines JSC.
The bonds mature in 5 years and pay 8.7% per annum semi-annually. The placement date is 28 July 2021.
The other co-arrangers were VTB Capital, Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, Promsvyazbank, REGION Broker Company, SberCIB, Sinara Investment Bank and Sovcombank.
MKB finished the first half of 2021 with a c. 13% share in the capital market (market issues, net of proprietary ones). In that period, MKB closed 36 transactions totalling more than 500 bln roubles in nominal value.
