MKB co-arranged Samolet Group's bond issue

Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB) co-arranged a RUB 15 bln bond issue for Samolet Group. It was placed on 25 August 2021
for 3 years, and pays 9.15% per annum every 3 months.
The other co-arrangers were Alfa-Bank, VTB Capital, Gazprombank, SberCIB, and Sovcombank.
In 1H2021, MKB closed 36 deals for more than 500 bln roubles in aggregate principal amount, ending up with a c. 13% share of the capital market (market issues, net of proprietary ones).
