MKB co-arranged TransFin-M's bond issue

Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB) co-arranged a RUB 6.3 bln bond issue for TransFin-M. It was placed on 30 August 2021 for 3 years, and pays 9.8% per annum every 3 months.
The other co-arrangers were Promsvyazbank, Sinara Investbank, Sovcombank, Expobank, UNIVER Capital, and Veles Capital.
In 1H2021, MKB closed 36 deals for more than 500 bln roubles in aggregate principal amount, ending up with a c. 13% share of the capital market (market issues, net of proprietary ones).
