MKB appoints Andrey Makarov as First Vice President to promote digitisation and innovations

Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB) has recruited Andrey Makarov to optimise its business processes and create innovative products on the basis of its digital solutions. He will also supervise the recently created Banking Services and Special Projects Development Department, which develops and implements white-label banking and non-financial services for partners' apps.
Andrey will be responsible for setting up a platform for financial services to be channelled through partners, optimising processes and launching new products, as well as creating a hub to search for and implement internal and external innovative solutions.
Andrey has more than 15 years of banking and fintech experience. Before joining MKB, he was the General Director of Digital Technologies (owned by DOM.RF). Earlier, he launched from the scratch a consumer superapp development platform (Lifestyle Platform, owned by CEMF VTB Capital), spearheaded the development of technological products (fintech, comprehensive digital products etc.) at MTS and a number of subsidiaries of large banks, as well as held various managerial positions at American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
