MKB is a top 3 most dynamic company in Russia according to Forbes

Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB) is listed in a Forbes survey among the top 3 most dynamic non-state Russian companies in terms of 2020 revenues. The bank's IFRS revenue in the last year exceeded RUB 77 bln, which is almost twice as much as in 2019.

 

The journalists analysed the financials of 200 non-state companies which are more than 50% controlled by private individuals. Only 14 ranked entities showed revenue growth rates in excess of 50%. MKB is the only financial sector player in the ranking.

 

The Bank promptly adapted to the pandemic-ridden operating environment, continued to expand its product range and improve the service quality in its remote channels and branches. MKB's assets as reported under the Russian Accounting Standards stand at 3.1 tln roubles as at 1 September 2021. It has over 1.7 mln retail customers, and more than 15,000 corporate customers.

 

The top ten most dynamic companies also include e-commerce operators, retailers, machinery producers, and agribusinesses.
