Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB) has co-arranged 2 bond issues for Metalloinvest totalling CNY 2 bln placed on 16 September 2022. The maturity of the issues is 2 and 3 years, respectively. The coupon rate is set at 3.10% and 3.70%, respectively. Interest is paid quarterly.
The other co-arrangers were Gazprombank, DOM.RF, Zenit, Region BC and Russian Agricultural Bank.
After the first 7 months of 2022, MKB ranked third among bond arrangers in Russia, with a 12% share in the debt capital market.
