Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB) co-arranged a RUB 15 bln bond issue for Sibur Holding

Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB) has co-arranged Sibur Holding’s RUB 15 bln 9.15% bond issue placed on 08 July 2022 and maturing in 3.5 years. Interest is paid quarterly.
The other co-arranger was Gazprombank.
After the first 5 months of 2022, MKB ranked second among bond arrangers in Russia, with a 17.11% share in the debt capital market.
