CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW fully redeemed the bond issue series BO-03 in the amount of RUB 4 bln

<p>On April 27, 2015 CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW paid out the 6th coupon and redeemed the bonds series BO-03 (identification number of the issue 4B020301978B from 15.10.2010).</p> <p>The annual coupon rate is 9.4%. Total amount of income payable on the coupon amounted to RUB 187,480,000 or RUB 46.87 per one bond. Total amount of income payable on this bond issue amounted to RUB 1,118 mln.</p> <p>The placement of bonds series BO-03 completed on April 27, 2012. Total debt amounted to RUB 4 bln with maturity of 3 years. The joint lead managers and bookrunners were OJSC Bank ZENIT, OJSC NOMOS-Bank, CJSC "GLOBEXBANK" and LLC "IC VELES Capital". Bonds series BO-03 have six semiannual coupons.</p> <p>Currently there are nine bond issues of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW on the market in the total amount of RUB 45 bln: bonds series 07 with a total amount of RUB 2 bln, exchange bonds series BO-02, BO-06, BO-07, BO-09, BO-10 and BO-11 with a total amount of RUB 38 bln, and subordinated bonds series 11 and 12 with a total amount of RUB 5 bln.
