CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW announces the results of the extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting held in Moscow on November 6, 2015

General Shareholders' Meeting approved:
- Restated Regulation on the Supervisory Board of the Bank.
- CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW's IFRS auditor for 1Q2016.
Also General Shareholders' Meeting decided to discharge prematurely the incumbent members of the Audit Panel of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW and to elect new Audit Panel of the Bank as follows:
- Evgeny O. Gudkov (Chairman of the Audit Panel);
- Aleksandra A.Vastyanova;
- Vyacheslav Yu. Osipov.
