Andrey Kryukov joins CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW Supervisory Board

On June 26, 2015, an annual General Shareholders' Meeting of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW re-elected the Supervisory Board.

Andrey Kryukov, First Vice President of the asset management company MCB Capital, has joined the newly elected Supervisory Board.

Following the re-election, CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW's Supervisory Board now consists of 10 members: Roman Avdeev (non-executive director), Andrew Gazitua (independent director), Thomas Grasse (non-executive director), Andrey Kryukov (non-executive director), Mikhail Kuznetsov (non-executive director), William Owens (independent director), Bernard Sucher (independent director), Alexey Stepanenko (non-executive director), Nicholas Haag (independent director) and Vladimir Chubar (executive director, Сhairman of the Management Board).

Andrey Kryukov joined CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW in 2011 as Head of Investment Transactions Legal Support Unit.

In May 2012 he was appointed as Head of Investment Projects and Corporate Relations Legal Support Department. In July 2012 Andrey was promoted to the position of Legal Division Director. In April 2013 was appointed to the position of Vice President of MCB Capital.

Currently Andrey Kryukov holds the position of MCB Capital First Vice President.
