CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW’S SHARES BEGIN TRADING ON MOSCOW EXCHANGE

Trading in CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW’s shares began on 1 July 2015 on Moscow Exchange under the ticker CBOM. The initial public offering process ran from 22 to 30 June 2015 on Moscow Exchange.

A total of 3,639,683,500 shares of 3.62 rouble each were offered in the IPO resulting in 18.8% of the Bank's shares totalling 13,175,654,270 roubles being sold.

"Public trading in CBM's shares is a completely new stage of our development. We are pleased with the outcome of the IPO and welcome our new shareholders," noted Vladimir Chubar, CBM's Chairman of the Management Board.

On 22 June 2015 Moscow Exchange promoted CBM's shares to the first level quotation list.

VTB Capital acted as the sole global coordinator and bookrunner, REGION Brokerage Company and Aton Investment Company acted as co-lead managers.
